A market leading professional services MNC are seeking an experienced business development professional to sell digital solutions to big FSI brands.

Reporting directly into the Head of Sales, ASIA your responsibilities will include:

* Work closely with HK clients to drive sales and keep the brand positioned as a market leader.
* Manage sales pipelines and accurately forecast.
* Identify new business then successful hunt and convert it.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
* Develop one junior direct report.

You will have:

A Bachelor's degree with 8+ years proven sales experience within solutions sales (digital or software sales a must) with a strong preference of selling to financial services clients, especially selling to Chinese companies. An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong client focus is essential. You will also have demonstrated ability in managing sales pipelines. Previous subordinate experience is needed and you must have polished corporate presentation, with flawless English and business level Mandarin.
