My client, a multinational retailer of Consumer goods is looking for a C&B professional to lead the APAC team.

About the company

My client is a North American based global retailer in Consumer/lifestyle goods. They have offices around the globe with 10,000+ employees. Hong Kong is the Asia regional hub and a fast-growing market.

The position

Reporting to the Head of HR, Asia, this position is responsible for:

* Leading the APAC Compensation & Benefits function team in delivering daily payroll operations and benefits administration process
* Manage the annual exercise of rewards program review, merit increases, bonus calculation
* Work closely with business stakeholders to design, develop and enhance employee benefits programs/initiatives
* Act as the key person to own the employee mobility program in APAC
* Conduct comprehensive salary & benefits benchmarking in APAC

Key requirements

* Bachelor Degree or above with 10+ years of experience in Human Resources Operations and Compensation & Benefits
* Previous experience working at a sizeable multinational organization, in a Regional position is a must
* Detail-minded, sensitive to data and high numerical accuracy
* Dedicated, self-motivated with an entrepreneur spirit
* Proficient in advanced MS Excel applications and reporting functions
* Experienced using HRIS systems (eg: Workday)
