My client, a lifestyle apparel brand is looking for a Regional Rewards Manager to lead the Asia Rewards Function.

About the company

My client is a North American company in lifestyle apparel. They have strong presence in Asia with over 10,000 employees. Hong Kong is the Asia Headquarter.

The position

Reporting to the Head of HR in Asia, this person is responsible for:

* Build and review Total Rewards strategy and programs across Asia Pacific
* Re-examine policies in Compensation & Benefits, payroll and HR Operations
* Lead the annual cycle of performance management, merit increase, incentive payment and benefits enrollment in Asia Pacific
* Conduct annual benefits and salary benchmark for Asia
* Partner with Global Total Rewards team in executing wellness program on a regional level

Key requirements

* Bachelor Degree or above in HRM/ Business or relevant disciplines
* At least 8 years of working experience in HR, C&B/ Total Rewards in sizeable multinational corporations
* Previous Regional experience working with Asia Pacific countries is a must
* Detail-oriented, analytical and numerically sensitive
* Advanced in MS Excel reporting
* A self-starter, with an enterprenuer spirit
* High work ethics and standards
