Recruiting a Finance and Admin Manager for a growing retail firm.


Our client is a leading MNC in the Retail industry. With its ongoing expansion in Hong Kong, the client is now seeking Finance & Admin Manager to join their team in Hong Kong.


Reporting directly General Manager, your major responsibility will include:

* Perform full daily accounting operations
* Monitor cash management.
* Perform HR administration functions, including monthly payroll, MPF calculations, contract preparation and Employer's return filing
* Handle full set of accounts and responsible for the month end closing with accounting schedules;
* Liaise with internal and external auditors to prepare the annual audit
* Handle tax declaration
* Prepare annual budgets and forecasts


You are the ideal candidate if you possess:

* Coming from an Accounting Background or a Bachelor's degree in Accounting
* Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience
* Familiar with A/R and credit control
* Having some C&B experience is highly preferred
* Able to work independently and meet deadline under pressure
* Detail-oriented, self-motivated, with strong sense of responsibility
* Able to deliver accurate and quality work
* Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
