THE COMPANY

Our client is a global renowned health care company with 55,000+ employees. The company recorded revenue over USD 20 billion, and it's one of the leading brands globally in the consumer health sector. With an extensive product portfolio, the company is a key player in APACand with business in 100+ countries. They are looking for a General Sales Manager to join the team for accelerating its development.

THE ROLE

You will be responsible for leading the sales team of 6+, total business development strategy and implementation with the objective of capitalizing business opportunities. As a General Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

* Develop & implement company-wide business strategies or initiatives, including budget planning & control
* Manage Key Account, General Trade and ensure execution excellence across the sales and trade marketing function
* Formulate and drive annual business plan with good understanding of market dynamics
* Strike a good balance of interest between company and customers / trade Partners, good understanding of market dynamics
* Efficiently spend and monitor sales expense budget in order to maximum the profit

REQUIREMENTS

You must hold a university degree and have 10 or more years in sales management in FMCG sector. Experience in personal care or consumer health brands is an advantage. You are required to have strong track record of key account & wholesale management experience. You must be highly self-motivated with excellent presentation, negotiation and analytical skills. Excellent command of written & spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English is required.
