Our client is a leading Chinese FI and they are hiring a customer service expert to lead their team.

THE COMPANY

Our client is one of the leading Chinese securities firms and they are looking for a hands-on leader to manage and leasd their customer service team.

THE ROLE

In this role, you will be responsible for:

* Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain good relationships with both existing and potential clients
* Manage tracking tools for quality assurance by making improvements on call monitoring policies
* Lead the customer service team to handle account opening , trading platform and market information
* Analyze customers' satisfaction and write management reports
* Evaluate customers' feedback, collect statistics and make recommendations

REQUIREMENTS

* At least 7 years of customer service experience in Securities or other financial services industries
* Minimum 3 years of experience in management
* Holder of SFC with license of RA 1 / 2 is advantageous
* Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance or other business-related disciplines
* Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin) and English
* Strong communication skills
