A new and exclusive engagement with an exciting entrepreneurial international firm looking to expand and open up a new stream of business in financial service. We know them well and looking for a HR head/ business partner as we help them to build their team. This is a newly created role (regional) supporting the new set-up team. The remit can be designed around the successful hire, or this person can grow into the role. Looking for our highly talented, engaging, high energy and dynamic HR professionals for this one!

This person will execute all aspects of HR from setting up the infrastructure, organisational design, change, data and analytics, massive hiring, ensuring operational excellence through to developing and executing the people strategy. Due to major success they are growing at a rapid pace. Experience of a fast-paced dynamic company/ mid-size bank or financial institution / start up would be desirable.

You will function as a business partner and a key member of the management team, reporting to the CEO. You will get to own this role and make it your own. You will manage talent, attraction, culture, engagement, manage internal people projects and retention. Fantastic exposure for anyone wanting more of a 360 dynamic HR role.

This will be 'hands on', there will be operational aspects to manage and everything in-between! This role wouldn't be right for someone wanting a firm job spec, a firmed up role and need to be told what to do! Self-starter, fun and 'can-do' attitude is required at all times! You will get to work with a high-energy, dynamic successful leader from one of Asia's top Tech firms - so will work with a dynamic and high performing team!

Responsibilities:



* Setting up the HR function and oversee all facets of HR Act as a business partner to the business heads
* Setting up the HR policy and procedures, recruitment and selection, human resources planning, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and talent management
* Work closely with the HKMA and various external parties
* Support on ad-hoc project



Requirements:

* Experience in all-rounded human resources management in the financial services, or IT industry
* Strong business sense
* Fluent English and Chinese
* Strong Communication skill
* Immediate available is preferred
