The organization operates in highly professional environment while providing free support to patients covering education, health research, home care, therapies and medical equipment. POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for managing the full service operations of healthcare centres. As the Head of Service Operations, your responsibilities will include:

* Review, plan and implement strategies
* Implement operational plan, develop and lead the operations of service support centres
* Monitor and review service performance and seek improvement
* Conduct regular quality audits and ensure service practices are met
* Identify opportunities to improve service standards and service efficiency
* Mentor and train the Service Team to ensure the team achieving targets and KPIs
* Ensure team working with other departments in the organization
* Proactively resolve users' issues, maintain long term users' relationships and network with stakeholders.



IDEAL CANDIDATE:

You must have minimum 12 years experience in service and operations. You must have held a senior management role and track record of leading by example to set high standards of service. You ideally have a background in call centre management from service industries like insurance, telecom, banking etc. excellent communication skills with an entrepreneurial mindset are some of the qualities that are critical for the success of your application.
