My client is an international financial services company is seeking Native English candidates to take on a Junior HRBP role

Your role will be broad and it includes:

* You will support the grad recruitment hiring for the front to back office team including interview coordination, new joiner on boarding, managing internship projects
* Manage visa processing and migration issues, providing guidance to employees on company policies and ensure consistency to avoid disputes
* Handle employee verification checks
* Compensation & benefits including salary benchmarking and salary reviews, etc

Requirements:

* Strong communication skills, Only Native English speakers as you'll be supporting the HK, Seoul and Sydney team
* 1-2 years experience with a passion to develop a career in Business Partnering
* Great relationship builder with a customer-centric mindset
* Demonstrate diligence, persistency, and proactive
