My client, a leading bank is looking for a HR Manager for their team

Responsibilities:

1. Act as a business partner in daily HR matters and ensuring smooth recruitment process and timely hiring needs

2, Review and implement remuneration policy in accordance to guidelines, provide support on compensation and benefits, timely and accurate payroll processing, pension funds contribution

3. Address employee relation matters and support the L&D team on workshop coordination and roll outs

4. Assist in vendor management

5. Ad-hoc projects and other duties as designated



Requirements

- Min 8 years of experiebxce in the banking industry with proficiency in Cantonese, English and Putonghua

- Familiar with HK Employee Ordinance

- Strong analytical,problem solving, tactfulness, integrity and personal skills

- Able to work under pressure and flexible
