My client, a US Retailer in Accessories is looking for a dynamic HR Professional to join the HR regional office team.

About the company

My client is a US-headquartered Retail business in International Branded Accessories, operating in over 100 countries.

Hong Kong is the Asia Regional office. They are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the Regional office HR team.

About the position

Reporting to the Senior HR Director, this position is responsible for:

* Acting as a Generalist to manage all HR-related issues in HK Regional office and Retail Operations business units
* Partner with Business Leaders in manpower planning, driving people initiatives (eg: talent attraction, engagement and retention)
* Perform end-to-end recruitment for office-level positions in the HK Regional office
* Partner with Regional HR counterparts in APAC to drive Regional projects (eg: Talent Development, Organizational development)

Key requirements

* Bachelor Degree or above in BBA/HR or related disciplines
* A Minimum of 8 years of working experience as a HR Generalist in a sizable organization, preferably in the Retail sector
* Fluency in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
* Strong business acumen, be a proactive problem solver to business in people-related issues
* Excellent stakeholder relationship management and communication skills
* Immediately Available candidates are highly preferred.
