My client is a leading Fin tech firm with strong presence in Asia. They are looking for a leader, HR COO to drive HR services efficiencies.

In this newly created role, the four pillars are :

1 Strategic planning on scorecards implementation
2 Integrate business analytics , data or science usage into business decisions
3 Drive project innovation and initiatives
4 Employer/employee branding to build strong communication both internally and externally

Description to a typical day:

* Drive the current HR service delivery, as well as driving improvements to provide effective, efficient and compliant HR services.
* Design, develop and implement new HR services
* Develop and implement business focused HR metrics
* Deliver reliable workforce data with corresponding workforce reporting and analytics
* Development of the overall HR budget and analysis of the total HR spend
* Development and implement HR technology to support the business needs
* Develop working relationships with members of the senior leadership team
