Our client is a leading HK FMCG co. seeking to hire an experienced HR Business Partner for its office in Hong Kong.

Specific responsibilities include:

*Provide high level support to both management and employees on the full array of HR practices;

*Proactively develop, recommend, and implement HR strategic plans to support business goals specifically with regard to staffing, retention, training, development, immigration, and employee relations;

*Support local management in Hong Kong as well as hiring managers in managing immigration matters, liaising with and managing third party recruitment, interviewing candidates, recommending compensation packages that are market competitive, and negotiating offers;

*Handle all local employee relations issues as well as HR issues related to Firm policies. Solid knowledge of local labor laws;HRIS and preferably HK Tax and China IIT

*Ability to run annual compensation, performance review, talent review and promotion processes

An ideal candidate will have the following:

*12+ years of highly progressive HR experience;

*Highly creative, with a track record of demonstrated change to a company's HR practices;

*Demonstrated ability to effectively work with very senior levels of management and expatriates

*Superior communication and interaction skills, including demonstrated oral, written and presentation abilities;

*Ability to navigate through ambiguity and prioritize multiple work streams without sacrificing quality;

*Results oriented, with a sense of urgency and a focus on service delivery and willingness to be hands-on;

*Mandarin language skills required
