We are currently looking for a motivated self-starter to join our client as an HR admin for a busy HR team in an international professional service.

A great opportunity for a bright, articulate, smart and savvy administrator who loves detail and wants to be involved in HR. This role will give you a brilliant opportunity to develop. You will need to have excellent organisational skills, be a people person (confident, enquiring mind, friendly, engaging, professional and above all discreet).

They are looking for someone with ideally some previous HR experience, but if not then at least someone with an interest in HR. This is a typical HR admin type role with duties such as on boarding new starters, processing leavers, recruitment coordination, admin tasks etc. This is a great junior role for someone trying to gain more exposure within HR and build on their experience.

It is a lovely office and has a great working culture - very friendly and sociable. This is definitely a role with room for professional development in the long term.


* Provide support of HR services including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits
* Maintain an accurate and updated recruitment database
* Perform daily administrative tasks
* Maintain filing system and data entry
* Handles incoming, outgoing calls and courier services
* Assist in ad-hoc projects


* At least 1 year experience in HR position in corporate
* A confident, advanced Microsoft suite user
* Fluent English and Chinese
* Strong Communication skill
* Immediate available is preferred
