Our client is an international FMCG company with operation in over 100+ countries. The company recorded revenue over USD 20 billion, and it's one of the leading brands globally in the FMCG sector. They are looking at an aggressive market presence across Hong Kong and China. With this plan, they are looking for Marketing Manager to accelerate the brand development in Hong Kong and Taiwan.


You will be responsible for developing and leading all the integrated marketing campaigns for the brand. As a Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:

* Lead the brand marketing team for HK covering the full category and focusing on brand marketing with local creative
* Manage all local marketing activities including pricing, media, portfolio etc. and take a lead on HK specific activation events
* Lead a team of brand marketers to ensure effective design and implementation of brand plans and campaigns in alignment with business objectives
* Analyze competitor activities and come up with solutions to counter competitive challenges
* Evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing campaigns (ATL and BTL) and implement learning from the same for current and future strategies.


You must hold a university degree and have minimum 5 years of brand/product marketing experience in the FMCG sector. Food and Beverage experience is highly preferred. You must have a proven track record of developing high-impact brand campaigns and effective execution of the same. A solution-oriented and creative mindset is essentials for the success of your application along with a result-oriented approach, resourceful and positive attitude. Fluent Cantonese and English are a must.
