Our client is a leading beauty company with diverse beauty and skincare brand and it's one of the global leading companies in the beauty sector. With the new brand launching in Asia, they are looking for a Product Manager to take the ownership of total sales and marketing strategy setting for the brand.


You will be responsible for planning and designing the product marketing strategy and implementation in line with business goals. As a Product Manager, your responsibilities will include:

* Design and drive the brand's 360 marketing campaign including retail marketing strategy, loyalty marketing campaign and social media promotion in Hong Kong
* Plan and drive brand awareness, reach, engagement, trial, purchase and expand consumer base
* Develop marketing, PR, promotion plans and monitor the success of the same
* Monitor and manage brand market share, P&L, A&P and annual budget process
* Work with the sales team to ensure smooth implementations of sales & promotion campaigns


You must hold a university degree and have 6 or more years of sales and marketing experience in Beauty sector. Experience in managing new launch brand in beauty sector is an advantage. You are required to have excellent analytical, presentation, project management skills. You are entrepreneurial with outstanding presentation skills. Excellent command of written & spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English is required.
