We have an amazing opportunity for a Receptionist to join a fantastic Law Firm in their stunning offices in Central.

Our client, a global law firm have recently moved to brand new offices and looking to expand their team of Corporate Receptionists.

You will need to have at least one years' previous Corporate Reception experience within a large office environment. It is vital that as the main Receptionist you have excellent communication skills with a brilliant telephone manner because you will be liaising with external parties as well as senior level clients. You will enjoy being in your role as a Corporate Receptionist providing that five star service at all times. You will also be the face of the company, working very closely with other colleagues, so it is essential to be a team player

It is a great opportunity for a Receptionist looking to develop their receptionist and administration skills with a phenomenal company with a wealth of benefits.

Responsibilities:



* Meeting and greeting clients.
* Ensure meeting rooms are adequately stocked.
* Ensure that all meetings rooms are set up and cleared as appropriate.
* Liaising with internal departments such as Hospitality and IT.
* Booking refreshments etc.
* Setting up AV equipment.
* Ensuring that a good impression is achieved at all times
* Able to handle queries.
* Ad-hoc duties.



Requirements:

* Previous experience of working within a large corporate organisation Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese
* Excellent communication skills
* Advanced experience on Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Immediate available is preferred
