THE ROLE

As part of a highly successful and well tenured team, your role is to manage end-to-end recruitment processes ensuring the highest quality of service are delivered to clients and candidates in the practice you operate in. With a commercial nature, you will be well placed to develop new business and account manage existing clients by providing consultative solutions. Outgoing and a natural team player, you will enjoy working in a fun and hard working team focused on success. * Ideally you will have gained some commercial employment experience, in a sales or client-focused role.
* University degree or a Masters from a leading educational institution
* Passionate, people focused, career focused and remuneration focused
* Proven stakeholder management and influencing experience



For more experienced hires:

* Proven recruitment consulting experience gained in an established and reputable international recruitment business
* A demonstrable track record in managing and growing current client business as well as building new client relationships
