COMPANY DESCRIPTION:

Our client is a market leading provider of cutting edge CRM solutions. Due to record growth this year, they are in need of an experienced, passionate and proven high-calibre sales and management professional to lead and increase market share across the region.



POSITION DESCRIPTION:

As Regional CRM Solutions Lead, you will lead strategy, performance and growth of the CRM solutions in Hong Kong and Greater China. Reporting directly to the Regional Head of Sales and Marketing, your responsibilities will include:

* During pre-sales stage, communicate with and educate the sales team and clients, in order to drive sales leads in the region.
* Oversee processes of the whole sales cycle to make sure of holistic sales planning and service quality.
* Build and enhance relationship with existing clients, partners and channels to capture new business opportunities.
* Manage and resolve their issues efficiently within established turnaround time.
* Work closely with key stakeholders and local partners for effective and smooth execution of solutions offering.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

You must hold a university degree with a minimum 8 years experience within enterprise/CRM solutions sales. You must have a proven track record in IT consulting with an expert knowledge in CRM systems - particularly Microsoft Dynamics CRM, also Azure. You will also have a solid project-based background, including managing risks associated with large scale, complex projects. You will have strong core soft skills for internal/external stakeholder engagement. Excellent Cantonese and English are required - with Mandarin a plus.
