A fast growing European Consumer brand is looking for a HR Generalist with APAC coverage.

About the company

My client is a young European lifestyle consumer brand with around 10 years of establishment. Their business has grown significantly, APAC in particular

The position

Reporting to the Global HR Head and functionally reporting to the Head of APAC, this person is responsible for:

* Act as a HR partner to drive HR initiatives, manpower planning in APAC
* Establish and re-examine HR policies and procedures across the Region
* Manage and oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, performance management, budgeting
* Build corporate culture and drive employee engagement initiatives
* Oversee office administration matters in the HK office
* Other ad-hoc projects when required

Key requirements

* Bachelor Degree or above in HRM/Business
* At least 5 years of working experience as a HR generalist in an international setting, preferrably from the Retail/ Consumer sector
* Prior experience working in a Regional role with China, Singapore and South East Asia coverage is an advantage
* Sound knowledge of HK and APAC employment ordinance
* Independant, proactive, great learning attitude with an entrepreneur spirit
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Organized, analytical and detail-minded
