Looking for ambitious young mind with aggressive sales experience for a regional role. Exciting brand and people, lots of upside.


Our client is one of the fastest growing international consumer goods company. As they are expanding across the Asia Pacific region, they are looking for a high calibre Regional Sales Manager based in Hong Kong.


Reporting into the Head of Sales, your responsibilities will include:

* Analyze, manage and report on market developments and opportunities
* Complete sales presentations to customers, including product demonstrations, sales data information and outline brand marketing and category strategies.
* Develop strategies and execute agreed Business Development Plans with associated key performance metrics
* Build each existing account and generate and create new accounts and business.
* Drive demand creation and grow opportunity pipeline. Nurture and convert opportunities to revenues
* Conduct proactive follow up to ensure smooth business prospect development including proposal generation and presentation writing
* Attend & participate in major International Trade Fairs as well as local fairs.
* Share market offerings and trends with internal teams to ensure market competitiveness


* Bachelor Degree in business administration or related fields
* At least 4 years of working experience with product sales experience
* Prior experience with regional exposure is definitely an advantage
* Excellent communication skills with a very result oriented mind
* Native English speaker preferred
