Company Description:

Our client is a leading payment solutions and FX business with a global presence. The business is looking to expand their sales team and will be hiring hungry sales professionals as Business Development Manager or Senior Business Development Manager depending on experience.



Position Description:

Reporting to the Head of Sales your responsibilities will include:

*

Initial prospecting activities supported by our lead generation team, independently handling leads through the sales process, client set up and early transactions. Meeting specific targets at each stage.

*

Work across internal teams to provide tailored solutions for clients, and articulate how our products and services can best solve the challenges they face.

*

Maintain understanding of the FX market and broader business/economic landscape to enhance your ability to meet and anticipate client requirements.

*

Use field sales teams and relevant management to close sales opportunities.



Ideal Candidate:
You must hold a university degree with 2-6 years of experience ideally in FX or other Financial Services. You have demonstrated success in new business sales in a fast-paced environment, consistently achieving targets and deadlines. You are a team player with tenacity and possess a strong work ethic. Skilled in MS Office, reporting tools and Salesforce. You have excellent presentation in both written and verbal English and Cantonese.
