My client, a European FMCG Group is looking for a solid HR professional to provide one-stop service to a Business Unit.

About the position

Reporting to the Head of HR, Hong Kong, this Senior/ Manager, HR Business Partner is responsible for:

* Providing one-stop HR consultancy service to a sizeable Business Unit
* Partnering with Head of HR and Business Unit Leaders in manpower planning and driving talent acquisition development strategies
* Work alongside COE teams to execute the full cycle of performance management, merit increase, succession planning in the BU
* Lead HR initiatives and projects on Employee Engagement and Change management

Key requirements

* Bachelor Degree or above in Business Administration/ HRM, with 10+ years of solid experience as an HR professional
* Experience working in the Consumer Goods and FMCG (Food & Groceries) Industry with a sizeable population
* Resilient, self-driven with a "can-do" spirit
* Strong project management, multi-tasking skills and time management
* Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship management skills
* Well-versed HK Labour Ordinance
* Speaks fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English
