* Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit
* Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes at the client's side
* Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally
* Builds a strong business relationship with the internal client
* Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks
* Recruits personally the key talents for the internal client
* Designs and maintain organisation vitality charts as the performance of the business unit improves
* Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions
* Challenges the organisational structure of the internal client and proposes changes

Requirement:

* Minimum of 8 years of experience as a HR generalist or account servicing in multinational companies
* Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Management or related discipline
* Able to perform under pressure in a fast pace environment
* Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
* Proven experience creating and deploying innovative solutions for talent acquisition and selection
* Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and HRIS
* Successful history of working in a fast-paced environment with changing needs and priorities
* Experience of management development and soft skills training
* Possessed trainer experience on management training would be an advantage
* Detail-oriented with strong organisational, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
