My client, a Top-tier Chinese Financial Group is looking for a self-motivated individual to join their HR team in a full-spectrum of HR support.

About the Company

My client is a Chinese based Financial Institution established for more than 30 years. Headquarted in South China, they are one of the Top 50 companies in China. They are rapidly expanding in Hong Kong, and currently looking for a high-calibre HR professional to join their team.

The Position

Reporting to the Director of HR & Admin, this position is responsible for:

* Perform a full spectrum of HR functions included recruitment, staff benefits, employee relationship, onboarding procedures etc.
* Review and executie HR policies and procedures
* Work as a business partner to provide one-stop HR solutions to internal clients
* Coordinate in employee training programs and performance management cycle
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast paced business environment
* Coordinate employee relations activties
* Any ad-hoc projects as required


* Bachelor Degree or above in Human Resources Management/ Business Adminsitration
* 5 + years working in Human Resources at sizable Chinese-based company
* Previous experience in Financial Insitution is a MUST
* Resilient, able to thrive under fast paced and stressful business environment
* Highly organised, able to cope with high volume of tasks and meet tight deadlines
* Proactive learner, positive working attitude, willing to work an extra miles
* Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
