Our client, a global logistics company is looking for a Senior Manager of Talent to join their regional team.

The Company

My client is a global logisitics company with 10,000+ staff worldwide. They are looking forward to a passionate Talent professional to join their Regional HR team.

The Position

Reporting to the Head of HR, responsibilities as follow:

* Partner with Senior leadership team and key internal stakeholders on talent acquisition & attraction strategy, and market mapping
* Engage in Mid to Senior-level hiring across Business Units in APAC
* Plan and implement talent-related projects (eg: Career planning, Talent retention initiatives)
* Organise employee engagement initiatives and promote company culture
* Drive the talent management process, including succession planning and performance management cycle

Requirements

* Bachelor Degree or above in Busines/ HRM
* 8+ years of solid experience in HR Talent Acquisition and leading HR Projects
* Regional HR exposure in large corporations is highly preferred
* Solid experience working closely with the management team in advising on Talent Strategy and Market mapping
* Great leadership skills, experienced in coaching and developing team members
* Excellent relaltionship building and stakeholder maangement skills
* A proactive problem solver, and ability to influence
