My client, a technology institution is looking for an experienced technical recruiter to join their expanding Talent Acquisition team.

About the company

My client is a renowned technology organization in Hong Kong, with support of huge funding, they conduct R&D on high-tech research. Their business is experiencing high-growth and currently recruiting new headcounts for various functions.

The position

Report to the Head of HR, this (Senior) Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for:

* Lead the full end-to-end recruitment cycle for candidates from the Technology sector
* Proactively build candidate pool and develop multiple sourcing channels for niche technical positions
* Partner closely with Department Heads and hiring managers in understanding manpower needs and advise recruitment strategies
* Manage employer branding projects and campaigns to build employer brand
* Review and enhance the efficiency of the recruitment process and applicant tracking system

Key requirement

* Bachelor Degree Holder with at least 8 years of solid experience in recruitment/Talent acquisition and HR
* Previous experience working in the Technology field is a must
* Experience managing high volume hiring, and recruited for niche technology positions in the market
* Strong business acumen with in depth knowledge in the Technology talent market
* Resilient, self-driven with a "can-do" attitude
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
