Responsibilities:

* Liaise with line managers to identify and assess training and development needs
* Implement, advise on and monitor appraisal schemes
* Supervise and monitor progress made via training programmes or schemes
* Design and assess training programmes.
* Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan
* Deploy a wide variety of training methods
* Manage training budget
* Provide opportunities for ongoing development
* Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
* Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices



Qualifications:

* Proven work experience as a trainer in retail FMCG, F&B industries
* Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
* Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
* Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
* Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals Good computer and database skills
* Bachelor degree in education, human resources or relevant field
* Ability to effectively plan, set priorities, allocate resources and manage multiple projects simultaneously while working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities to meet deadlines
