My client, a well established technology institution in HK is looking for an experienced recruiter to join their newly created TA team.

About the company

My client is a Technology institution in Hong Kong, having close collaboration with the HKSAR government on Hi-tech development initiatives in Hong Kong.

Their organization is expanding and would like to look for to head up a newly created TA team.

The position

This Manager of Talent Acquisition is responsible for:

* Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for all-levels of position in the company
* Actively build the candidate database and establish effective sourcing channels for niche talent pools
* Partner closely with Senior stakeholders (Dept. Heads) to understand hiring needs and formulate recruitment strategies
* Review and revamp the overall efficiency of existing recruitment processes and channels
* Drive Employer Branding campaigns initiatives

Key requirements

* Bachelor Degree or above in Business/HR or related disciplines
* At least 8 years of experience in an end-to-end recruitment role, ideally with both in-house and agency background from the IT/Technology/Pharmaceutical/Life Science sector
* Must speak and write Cantonese, Man
* Independent, proactive with a "can-do" attitude
* Resilient and target-driven individual who can deliver quality work and meet internal KPIs under tight deadlines
* In-depth knowledge in the Technology/ bio-technology industry is highly desirable
