Calling for an experienced expert in call centre and membership management to join as a leader for a global entertainment business.

THE COMPANY

Our client is a leading global company in entertainment and lifestyle. Growing quickly across Asia they are looking for a high calibre VP to join their team in Hong Kong.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the SVP, your responsibilities will include:

* Managing and growing a large team in multiple locations and different countries
* Building a telemarketing team to drive sales through database to sell specific events/promotions to grow the company profit.
* Work closely with the following teams to ensure high yield returns from the membership such as Events & Promotions, Strategic Planning, Business Development
* Producing productivity reports and reporting to the management on the productivity of the team
* Develop a large scale call centre

REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
* At least 7 years of experience managing call centre and 3 years in supervisory role.
* Team development experience is highly preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
