Step up into this role utilising your claims experience

The primary purpose of this position is to work closely alongside the claims teams, in order to minimise the cost of claims for this business, through settlements and recovery.

This company is well known and highly regarded for its culture, its people, and its customer focus. Working with a cohesive team, you will be responsible for minimising risk and liability exposure, whilst focusing on the best outcome for the claims team, whilst always keeping the customers best interests in mind.

Ideally you will come from an claims insurance background, with a desire to progress and expand your career within insurance.

Your responsibilities will include;

  • Managing claims to ensure the best outcome achieved
  • Email and phone communication, internally and externally
  • Actively participate and contribute to a team who are focussed on delivering high quality results
  • Ensuring all contact and communications are handled in a timely manner
  • Ensuring all information and reporting is accurate and complete
  • Contributing to a high performing, positive and helpful team

You will;

  • Be motivated, driven and willing to help your team achieve its goal
  • Be articulate, with a high attention to detail
  • Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Enjoy working to processes and procedures
  • Hold a clear police check and credit check
  • Be a NZ resident or Citizen
