About the role

Due to growth of the business, my client is looking for a Collections Officer who has worked in a high volume role to come on-board and join their small tight knit team. If you are looking to work for an organization that values their employees and focussed on customer service experience, look no further. You will be able to manage your own day and priorities. No automatic dialler.

Skills and experience

  • Must have 1-2 years collections experience preferably in Auto finance
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent customer services experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to pick up new systems and process quickly
  • Ability to get the job done and achieve results
  • Permanent residency or New Zealand citizenship
  • Previous reposessions experience or skip tracing ideally

Salary and incentives

We are offering an attractive salary plus some great perks. Parking onsite. You will feel part of a family here. Monday to Friday hours.
