If you are the kind of person who thoroughly enjoys the diversity of working or is interested about working in a Contact Centre and showcasing your standout customer service then Hudson would like to hear from you.

Our Client is looking for candidates who can:

  • Be proactive in taking inbound calls in a timely manner
  • Resolve customer inbound enquiries and/or complaints
  • Display resilience when dealing with customers
  • Display exceptional sales skills
  • Forward enquiries to relevant departments

The preferred candidate will ideally have:

  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Exceptional communication skills and have a great natural phone manner
  • Computer data entry skills and the ability to type and talk at the same time
  • Excellent writing skills, as they may respond to enquiries through email, web chat, or letters

Please note - You must be either a New Zealand Citizen or resident to be considered for this role.
