Hudson are looking for experienced customer service administrators and contact centre specialists to assist our clients with various assignments. We work with some of the best companies in their sectors and we have a huge demand right now for experienced candidates.

Typical assignments involve:

  • Processing and managing customer orders using a variety of systems including SAP
  • Maintaining internet orders
  • Answering general customer inquiries via phone or email
  • Process and follow up on returns and credits

Candidates

If you take pride in your excellent customer service skills and demonstrate high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in your work then we would love to hear from you. You will also have:

  • Previous experience in customer service or call centre
  • Clear communication with strong interpersonal skills
