ASAP start date - ongoing temporary assignment
Part time role available for an experienced customer service agent with a well known NZ brand based in Newmarket. The company pride themselves on creating a fun, energetic and creative work environment
The Role:
The role involves a range of customer service and basic technical support.
- Resolving online customer queries
- Assisting with forgotten passwords
- Supporting retailers with queries and technical issues
- Ad hoc administration
This is part time role working the following shifts every week:
- Wednesday's 16:00 or 17:00 - 20:00 (4 hours)
- Saturdays 14:00 - 20:00 (6 hours)
The Candidate:
For this role, we are seeking someone who comes from a customer service background. Phone based experience would be ideal but not necessary, as this role is more about having a customer focused attitude and having lots of energy and attention to detail to your work.
- Customer focused work experience
- Experience dealing with technical queries or being technically minded
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Available on an ongoing basis
- Flexible with a range of shifts
- Clear credit and criminal check
