We are looking for upbeat and customer focus individuals to join a collaborative and high performing organisation!

You will be situated in a supportive team culture and on boarded with ongoing training and support to assist you in being successful.

With your customer-centric approach, establishing rapport will come naturally to you as you engage and listen to gain greater understanding to the customers needs and current situation. Your role will be reaching out to existing customers to follow up on any missing/overdue payments. Your quick problem solving skills will see you be able to resolve any curve balls that pop up as you work out and negotiate a suitable new repayment plan that works for the customer. Your can do work ethic, adaptability and empathy will be the key to your success.

The opportunity to learn and get trained across different areas of the business to become more versatile and add variety to your role. Standard work days are Monday to Friday with the opportunity to work additionally on Saturdays.

Experience and skills we are looking for:

  • Experience in a customer service position within an office/call centre environment
  • Exposure to credit, arrears or collections will be an advantage
  • Exposure to working within banking or other financial industries will be an advantage
  • Ability to pick up new processes and systems quickly
