Based in Central Auckland, this organisation have their foot in the door and are really making a difference with the wider community. They are based in a relaxed office with an upbeat yet professional office culture.


This brand new highly sought after role is available as the current EA has been seconded into a different team within the organisation.

You will be known as the go-to person for a wide range of duties including:

  • Diary management as required
  • Meeting preparation, including agenda co-ordination circulating, minute taking if required
  • Preparing, collating and circulating schedules
  • Arrange execution of contracts as required
  • Liaise within company secretarial departments
  • Co-ordinate and assist with ad hoc reporting, when required
  • General administration, including high quality word, excel and PowerPoint documentation
  • Assist with Credit card and expense claim management
  • Screening mail, phones calls and replying to tasked emails


We are seeking someone who is driven, can juggle multiple priorities and has worked in previous EA roles supporting at a senior level.

  • Previous EA experience
  • Exposure to office management and/or coordination
  • Enjoys a varied and challenging role
  • Sound MS suite skills and computer savvy
  • Can deal with confidential information
  • Ability to build rapport with all levels of people
