The Company:

This New Zealand owned company operates within the manufacturing space. They have a fun and down to earth workplace culture and are looking for a likeminded administrator with a fantastic sense of humour to join their diverse team.

This temporary role starts immediately and will go for approximately 6-8 weeks. This position is part time, 9-3pm Monday-Friday, great work life balance.

The Role:

  • Provides administration support to the office manager
  • Reception duties, meeting and greeting customers
  • Delivering fantastic customer service via email and phone
  • Maintaining the banking, filing and overall documentation

About You:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Ideally have prior reception experience
  • Enjoy providing excellent customer service
  • Have a fun, friendly attitude and a great sense of humour
