My client is looking for a methodical, highly organised Administrator with ministerial experience who enjoys being in a challenging role. This will be a great opportunity to show utilise your skills and become part of a great team within a well-established Government Agency.

Key responsibilities include (but not exclusive to)

  • Managing a high level of high profile information requests
  • Drafting and responding to requests received by the CE and Minister
  • Ensuring all communication is in alliance with Ministry standards
  • Prioritising so work is completed with deadlines given and being mindful of potential issues that may affect time-scales
  • Providing regular reports to management

To be successful in this role you will be someone who

  • Has experience working with ministerial servicing
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Has great attention to detail
  • Is highly organized and methodical
  • Is comfortable commissioning ministerial requests
  • Can manage a busy workload
  • Has fantastic written and oral communication skills
  • Has a good knowledge of managing information and processes
  • Is highly reliable, punctual and professional
  • Can interact effectively to gain an understanding of needs and requirements
