The Role:

Leading the pack when it comes to customer service our client has a unique opportunity for you to join their Live Chat team to engage and communicate with both existing and prospective customers.

Training: 27th February - 1st March 9am - 5.30pm

You will then be moved on to a rotating roster between 8am - 10pm. Depending on the project running, you may be required to work on certain shifts starting at 3am so flexibility is required for this role.

About You:

With your exceptional communication skills and the ability to tailor your approach to your audience you will easily communicate guidance and assistance for customers in relation to products and services. The aim of the game will be to assist customers with any queries they may have via email and chat responses.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

  • Previous customer service experience and constantly exceed expectations
  • Previous exposure to customer service through digital platforms
  • Be self-motivated, resilient, driven and able to work autonomously
  • Strong written communication skills
