The Company:

Excellent service is at the heart of this results driven company and they are seeking a likeminded administrator to join their warm and friendly team.

You will be joining this automotive solutions company in Mount Wellington for approximately 8-12 weeks working 830-5pm Monday-Friday. You will be supporting the internal maintenance and procurement team to ensure seamless delivery of quality service to customers NZ wide.

The Role:

This temporary administration role will see you:

  • Providing administration support to the procurment and maintenance team
  • Liaising with suppliers, updating details and reviewing agreements
  • Escalsing changes in agreements to the procurement manager

About You:

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Have previous administration experience, ideally within a similar workplace environment
  • Ideally have purchasing experience or exposure to procurement
  • Have great time management and excellent attention to detail
  • Are available immediately and committed to temp work
