This temp role is starting at the end of January and will through until approximately start of March.

Role

You will be managing the busy reception area and day to day you may be assisting with:

  • Booking of meeting rooms, events and onsite functions
  • Meeting and greeting staff and visitors
  • Answering the main line
  • Managing access cards, carparks and office facilities
  • Ensuring office resources are well stocked

About you

  • Previous reception experience in a business/corporate role
  • Smart presentation with a personable manner
  • Strong prioritisation and people skills
