Establish a centralized remediation function

Our client is one of NZ's most recognisable financial services brands, and they are undergoing a period of intense organisational and regulatory change. Off the back of that they are looking to establish a new remediation function.

The initial scope of this role is to take a look and ascertain what the organisation has in place - your prior remediation experience and excellent relationship building skills will help with this. You will then identify and provide remediation themes and plan and drive change initiatives to prioritise and support remediation efforts.

You will be able to effectively influence at the senior level both within and without the organisation. A legal background would be helpful, as would prior financial services industry experience. You will need to demonstrate sound commercial thinking and a strong level of flexibility and adaptability.

In return you will join a high performing team and be given the chance to build and lead something new. Reporting directly to the ELT you will have access to key decision makers and will be able to make the remediation function your own.
