Based in Auckland CBD in beautiful offices, this organisation is a leading professional services firm. They have modern offices which are seconds from multiple transport options.

Starting ASAP, this role will be until the end of March in the first instance but may be a little longer depending on work flow and it is working standard business hour, however they can offer flexibility for the right person.

Role

As a Bids Coordinator, you will be providing a wide range of senior administration support to the business development team (and wider business) supporting in the Bids/Tenders process.

  • Operational support to the bids process
  • Liaise internally and externally to pull together content
  • Preparation and formatting of documentation
  • Adhering to and checking all branding and content
  • Management of CRM system and RFP support

About you

  • Strong technical abilities including CRM and MS suite
  • Exceptional coordination and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
  • Available immediately
