We are currently working with our client who has an excellent opportunity for somebody to join their high performing and well supported Service Desk team. Due to the continued growth, we are currently looking for experienced and professional trained Service Desk Engineers to work in their Christchurch branch.

The successful candidate will have the previous experience working in a customer service role including some IT/ Technical related support. Additionally, you will preferably have specific skills or certifications in any of the following technologies:

  • Microsoft Server 2008/2012/2016
  • Microsoft Exchange Server 2013/2016
  • Microsoft Skype for Business
  • Microsoft Office 365 and Exchange online
  • Hosted EUC Solutions
  • AWS cloud platform
  • Virtualisation technologies
  • Networking
  • Mobility solutions

The successful candidate will also have:

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and team working skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Current full New Zealand driver's licence (preferred)
