Asst. Brand Manager:
1. Prior FMCG food experience is a must
2. Brand Management knowledge to drive brand growth and profit
3. Report to Marketing Mgr

My client is a market leader and a frontrunner within the FMCG sector. Through their years of experience and hard work, they have created a hugely popular brand name and have extended their reach globally to consumers all over the world. As they continuously expand their team in Singapore, they are now looking for a result driven and commercial savvy Assistant Brand Manager to drive the growth of the brand in Singapore.



Responsibilities

* Brand management of assigned brands. Assist the Marketing Manager in managing the operational aspects of the assigned brands
* To jointly manage the brand health of the assigned brands, including P&L and all cost-related matters. To track and manage the DME budget for advertising, PR, promotions and research
* To run integrated marketing plans for the assigned brands to ensure the brands gain sufficient exposure through Marketing/PR/Social Marketing activations and events
* To implement and monitor the effective and timely execution of all marketing activities to achieve brand sales and market share objectives
* To work and coordinate with advertising, media and PR agencies to conceptualize and execute effective through-the-line communication plans to support and build brand awareness and equity
* To work and coordinate with internal stakeholders and/or external parties to ensure effective and timely execution of consumer promotions and events. To assist SBM in the development and implementation of new brand initiatives/launches by working with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure launch timelines are on track and met
* To assist the Marketing Manager to monitor and analyze the brand/SKU/NPD sales and distribution trends
* To assist the Marketing Manager on various research projects as required (e.g. tracking studies, qualitative/quantitative tests, etc)

Requirements

* Degree in Marketing/Business
* At least 3 years and above of relevant experience in FMCG industry
