Responsibilities

* Collaborating closely with the Digital Transformation team to devise digital technological vision and tactical campaigns to achieve business growth which are aligned to the corporate strategies is a core responsibility of this role. The incumbent shall develop a 5-year digital marketing architecture in which he/she would lead the team to drive all digital marketing efforts to achieve high levels of guest engagement, strong brand awareness and increase revenue production in existing and new digital platforms
* As part of the overall digital marketing management, he/she shall also lead and guide the team to work closely with the various stakeholders to support all campaigns and digital initiatives as well as to manage all digital marketing channels in driving conversion improvements - from channel optimisation, to marketing messaging, and attendance conversion rates, while ensuring cohesive marketing strategy and consistency throughout all digital marketing channels
* This role also entails the need to develop and optimise resources and capabilities to monitor the competitive landscape and maintain the agility in technology and market development in the digital space

Requirements

* Degree in Digital Marketing, Information Technology or equivalent
* At least 12 years of relevant experience, with proven ability to drive team engagement and corporate achievement
* Proven track record in change management and implementing successful digital campaigns
* Analytical and possess strong business acumen
* Strong understanding of all aspects of digital marketing applications, with hands on experience with web design, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software is a must
* Strong communications skills with the ability to engage high level stakeholders effectively and build synergies within and across teams
* High energy self-starter with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, while meeting tight deadlines
