Our client is a fast growing international chain of edutainment services that cater to corporate, private events and classes for enthusiasts. They are the apparent market leader in their space, and they have plans to open offices in locations all over the globe.



The Internal Recruiter is responsible for identifying current and future hiring needs, advertising job openings online and designing employee referral programs. Ultimately, this position serves as the company's ambassador in building a strong employer brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This position will evolve into its regional scope as the company opens new businesses overseas.



Key responsibilities include:



* Collaborate with hiring managers to write job ads and update job descriptions
* Advertise job openings on career pages, job boards and social networks
* Design and implement employee referral programs
* Source candidates through online and offline channels as possible
* Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on the hiring processes
* Interview candidates during various hiring stages including phone, first-round and second-round interviews and provide interview feedback when appropriate
* Evaluate candidates based on their interview performance
* Update hiring managers and Head of HR on the status of open positions
* Participate in the onboarding of new hires
* Analyze turnover and retention rates to forecast hiring needs



Requirements



* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or any relevant discipline and equivalent experience
* At least 2-3 years of proven work experience as an Internal or Agency Recruiter
* Solid understanding of the full-cycle recruiting i.e., sourcing, interviewing and evaluating candidates.
* Experience using various interview formats (e.g. phone, structured, group)
* Ability to organize skills assessments centers (e.g. job simulations, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests)
* Good knowledge of labor legislation
* Possess high level of initiative and able to multi-task
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Great team player
* Independent and responsible; Requires less supervision
