Cyber Security Account Manager (Sales)

The Account Manager is responsible for achieving financial targets and growth for cyber security services. They must build customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals. Working closely with other cyber consultants, Marketing staff, and Management. The Account Manager is expected to identify cyber services requirements from customers and convert them into sales opportunities to maximize revenue for the organization.

In this role, the ideal candidate will:

* Interact with customers at senior levels, to capture customer's specific challenges and needs related to Cyber Security
* Collaborate with the Cyber Security Practice Leads to develop related Cyber Security Consulting, Offers and proposals
* Interact with Cyber Security strategic partners

* Help in managing existing clients and ensuring that they stay satisfied and positive.
* Calls on clients, often being required to make presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict his/her clients' future needs.
* Develop, plan, execute and track broad-base go-to-market programs to meet business goals:
* Pipeline Management for assigned business line
* Drive marketing programs through multiple routes-to-market: Channel/Vendors/Partners
* Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in assigned portfolios
* Work together with internal and external resources to develop solutions that meet customer needs and delivery capability to meet customer commitment
* Ensure quality and total customer experience
* Driving services sales in accounts - prospecting, negotiating and closing deals

EXPERIENCE

* At least 3 years in a Cyber Security Account Manager role
* Experience working in an international and multi-cultural environment
* Knowledge of the Cyber Security market good practices and key Security domains (Identify, Protect, Detect, React)
* Experience dealing with the common Cyber Security Consulting practices, such as:

* Cyber Security programs developments and assessments
* Maturity level assessments
* Compliance assessments vs standards or regulations
* Vulnerability assessments, Pentest, compromise assessment
* Incident Response

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

* Understanding of the Cybersecurity and Threats.
* Understanding of the key international regulations (Data Privacy, Critical Infrastructures)
* Consultative Selling approach
* Ability to articulate the foundation of Cyber Security domains key principles
* Knowledge of the Consulting market (providers, specificities, contacts, etc.)
* Plus: Cybersecurity certifications or training certificates (CISM, CISA, CISSP)
* Presentation skills
