My client, a market leader in FX Payment solutions with presence over 50 countries is looking at hiring a dynamic and energetic candidate who can lead the Client Relationship Management for Forex Trading Desk.

Head - Client Relationship Management.

Leading the Forex Trading Desk in Singapore, the incumbent will manage 3 Team Leaders and 10 Client Relationship Managers

Responsibility:

* Will be responsible for delivering business and revenue goals.
* Needs to work closely with internal Stakeholders - (Sales, Product, Pre-Sales, Credit, Marketing, Compliance, Accreditation, Customer Service, Finance) in Singapore and overseas location.
* Oversee and direct day-to-day activity and execution metrics necessary for achievement of KPIs and revenue targets.
* Development, motivation, coaching and management of the Client Relationship Management Team.
* Leadership of the team both by example and by driving strategic direction and focus.
* Develop strategies and tactics to ensure revenue growth and retention of customers.
* Manage credit and foreign exchange risk effectively across the entire portfolio.
* Project involvement and collaboration with internal departments to plan and facilitate the execution of the business goals and revenue targets.
* Ensure that the commitment to compliance and license regulatory requirements are upheld at all times and that failures and conduct that are prejudicial to compliance culture are dealt with appropriately.Requirement:



* 10+ years in bank treasury or FX dealing environment.
* Strong Sales leader, experienced in driving performance.
* 5+ years of Corporate dealing experience.
* Profound experience in managing client relationships.
* 5+ years of people management experience involving coaching, developing, mentoring, and leading teams of 8 or more.
* Profound FX and derivative products knowledge.
* Able to demonstrate an ability to analyse data to identify opportunity, create and execute a strategy.
* Capacity to manage performance closely and ensure activity and input metrics are being completed effectively.
* Strong understanding of credit risk management and foreign exchange risk management (internally).
* Strong business acumen and market knowledge to leverage external business conditions.
