Newly-created position created in Singapore for an experienced Talent Acquisition specialist to join this multinational team!

Based in the Singapore office, our client is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition, Asia Pacific to support and enable the team to achieve our global growth strategy. The main priority of this position is to partner with the organization to drive best in class enterprise-wide talent acquisition management strategies/processes.

You will directly lead a team of 4-5 and indirectly more than 12+ exceptional Recruiters and Sourcers to support the business with Talent Acquisition across 20+ countries. The team is spread across Singapore, Sydney, Manila and Pune, India.

In this role, you will report to the Global Director of Talent Acquisition who is located in our corporate head office in USA.

* Manage the recruiting and selection activities of the company to employ, place, and transfer internal and external staffing
* Identify sources of candidates, initiates and maintains relationships with outside sources (e.g., employment agencies, recruiters, colleges, etc.)
* Establish operating objectives and work plans, delegating assignments to subordinates and ensuring adherence to work plans and performance requirements
* Manage complex issues requiring in-depth knowledge of department, HR and company objectives
* Direct the design and placement of employment advertising
* Interact with individuals at high levels both internal and external
* Understanding of HR issues related to staffing, co-employment, and use of contractors.

What you will need to succeed:

* Experienced Recruiting leader across multiple locations in APAC and remote management
* Oversight of large volume hiring, as well as niche hiring, is essential
* Experience of oversight of a regional RPO solution
* Previous experience within FS space would be desirable
* Experience of agile working methodologies would be desirable.

* A team player who works effectively with others to identify and resolve issues; shares information and keeps team members and management informed
* Must be able to perform independently and with minimal supervision.
* A second business language is desirable
